StaffCheck Quality Management System
- did the cleaning staff turn up for work?

With StaffCheck, we know exactly where our team is. On arriving at and leaving a site, our employees dial directly into our computer from an authorised telephone and enter their own unique ID number. Their check-in and check-out times are recorded and any voice messages are immediately played. We are able to get important messages to them on site at the start of their working day - without the delays of sending out a member of the management team.

Best of all, an absentee notification system tells us if someone hasn't turned up - StaffCheck can simply send a text message to a designated manager. So we can immediately arrange cover. What's more, if any team member doesn't sign out after a shift, StaffCheck can notify the designated manager, who can check whether the employee has left the site.

Accurate time recording and timesheet production are also key features of StaffCheck, which is a big help in the management of team members on site.
