We’re Hiring: Cleaning Team Leader
📍 Location: South Street, Leominster HR6 8Jj
🕒 Hours: 12.5 hours per week
📅 Days: Monday to Friday
🕠 Time: 3.15-5.45pm
💷 Pay: £13.00per hour

As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for dependable and hardworking Cleaning Operatives & Cleaning Team Leaders to join our team in Hereford.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in keeping workspaces safe, clean, and welcoming by:

Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

Sanitising high-touch surfaces and communal areas

Cleaning and restocking washrooms

Emptying bins and managing waste responsibly

Maintaining cleaning standards across your team and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard

Managing staff absences and supporting rota planning to ensure consistent service coverage

Completing and checking team timesheets to help ensure accurate pay
-
Acting as a point of contact for your team, helping to resolve day-to-day issues and support colleagues in their roles
